Meet Kevin!
Kevin's Resume

This is Kevin. Yes...THE Kevin. The one I keep talking about...also known as "Army-boy Kevin"...

Like my friend Ray, Kevin and I worked together at Exotic Rubber and Plastics. I remember the first day I met him. He came sauntering into the office with a huge grin on his face as he said hello to Ray and me. He seemed so lighthearted and jovial and yet, he worked in technical support. I concluded he either 1) didn't know what the heck he was doing or 2) was one of those people who handled stress well and didn't take it out on others. Whatever the case, I instantly liked the man from the moment I met him. You can't help it; he's just that jovial and gregarious. As it turned out, Kevin handles stress pretty well.

I had the pleasure of working with Kevin on-and-off during my tenure at the company; he seemed to come and go like the tide, depending on the availability of funds and the particular project involved. I enjoyed having him around since I could always count on him to make the day a little lighter and it turned out that we shared similar viewpoints and didn't mind discussing our differences in a civil manner.

Kevin is another one of my Michigan Wolverine friends, having attended the University of Michigan in Dearborn for his undergraduate degree. So in addition to our other conversations about politics, computers, and such, we also share a fondness for the Wolverines.

Recently, Kevin was sent overseas to protect us from terrorists. Having him away for so long was a very difficult thing, but we managed to keep in touch via instant messaging and e-mail. Thank goodness for the Internet! It was interesting because I am a night owl by nature and I would be up late at night when Kevin was just waking up and starting his day.

While over there, Kevin sent back so photographs of himself and the landscape so that I could get an idea of what the country looked like. Pictured above is Kevin at a restaurant after he had what he described as a HUGE meal.

To the right, you see Kevin standing at the edge of a canyon. Doesn't it just LOOK hot?!?

Below are some other photos of Kevin he sent me recently. If you're female and want talk to him? Drop me an e-mail and I'll forward it to him.
